Job Title: Zone Sales Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

If you are doing all of these things correctly you should be making in excess of $120K per year.


You'll be pushed , asked to achieve great results, taught about housing, business and marketing. You'll sell to dozens of business people each and every week. You'll accept only the best performance from yourself and your team, and you'll be ready to take a long term challenge to create success in both yourself  and with Skyline Homes. You'll be inspired, passionate, motivated and above all ready to learn, sell and push yourself to achieve more than you ever though possible.

Summary Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
  • Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
  • Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
  • Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
  • Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
  • Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
  • Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.



  • Must be motivated and be able to effectively lead
  • Must be able to provide a high level of customer service
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must live the Champion Operating Principles



  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales experience desired
  • Manufactured housing industry experience desired
