Summary Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.

Prepared Date: October 13th, 2020

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
     Assist and support the sales team in daily duties.
     Must be able to work closely with dealers on customer orders as needed.
     Compiles information for marketing and sales as needed for reporting.
     Keep options updated including photographs of homes.
     Works directly with corporate marketing team to schedule shows, photo shoots, renderings and
         other marketing related tasks.
     Organize and schedule sales shows and retail meetings.
     Types, faxes and mails correspondence for the department.
     Answer all the overflow calls for the Division Sales Managers (DSM)
     Other duties may be assigned.


Education and/or experience
     High school diploma and at least one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
     combination and experience. Construction knowledge and understanding of building encouraged.
        Skills.
     Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
     Excellent grammar.
     Pays close attention to detail.
     Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
     Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
     Strong organizational skills.
     Must maintain a good attendance record.
     Strong communication skills both oral and written.
     Willingness to learn and ask questions.
