Our facility is located in McMinnville, Oregon where we offer an environment of trust, respect and safety.

We work Monday through Friday first shift only.  Overtime is available and may be required.  Our normal schedule begins at 7:00 am.

We pay an hourly rate based on skill and experience. Also per diem when traveling.


Working under the direction of the Service Manager, the Essential Duties include the following: 

  •  Repairs home problems for dealers and homeowners as assigned.
  •  Maintains contact with Service office for daily updates/status reports.
  •  Adjusts schedule accordingly to meet the week's work requirements.
  •  Complete inspection forms, perhaps with photographs, for major repair jobs.
  •  Completes and returns detailed work order forms for finished jobs.
  •  May oversee sub-contractors on certain work projects, as needed.
  •  May participate in monthly feedback meetings with production management.
  •  May assist with pulling parts.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 Education and/or Experience                                          

 High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  May require a DOT license and certification if driving Company vehicles with this requirement; clean criminal record and excellent customer relation skills.

 Language Skills                                                   

 Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

 Mathematical Skills      

   Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 Reasoning Ability                                                

 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
